Shreyans Surana’s Journey: From Diabetes to Pre-Diabetic & 9kg Weight Loss in Just 90 Days!

Meet Shreyans Surana, a businessman from Kanpur who took charge of his health and achieved a remarkable transformation!


When he started his journey, his HbA1c was 8.7, putting him in the diabetic range. Despite his hectic schedule, he committed to my 90-Day Diabetes Reversal Challenge under my guidance as a Disease Reversal Expert & Health Coach.


The Result?

I gave small action steps every week to help implement them effectively

 

Approach & Action Plan: Rashi designed a step-by-step personalized plan focusing on:

  1. How to Eat: Introduced mindful eating techniques (chewing well, eating slowly, avoiding distractions etc.). Focused on the Magic Plate concept to ensure balanced nutrition.

  2. What to Eat: Eliminated refined carbs and sugars. Added fiber-rich foods, healthy fats, and protein sources. Ensured a low glycemic index (GI) diet for blood sugar stability.

  3. Activity: Set a goal of 10K steps daily with brisk walking to improve insulin sensitivity.

  4. Sleep: Ensured 7–8 hours of quality sleep to support recovery and hormone balance.

  5. Emotions: Managed stress through meditation, journaling, and deep breathing exercises.

  6. Environment: Decluttered packaged foods visible at home to minimize unhealthy choices. Ensured exposure to natural sunlight for circadian rhythm and vitamin D.

Supplementation Plan: To support overall health, Rashi added the following -

✔ Vitamin D

✔ B12

✔ Omega-3

✔ Whey Isolate

✔ Multivitamin

 

Results Achieved:

✅ Blood sugar levels improved (Diabetes to Pre-Diabetes).
