How to Eat: Introduced mindful eating techniques (chewing well, eating slowly, avoiding distractions etc.). Focused on the Magic Plate concept to ensure balanced nutrition.
What to Eat: Eliminated refined carbs and sugars. Added fiber-rich foods, healthy fats, and protein sources. Ensured a low glycemic index (GI) diet for blood sugar stability.
Activity: Set a goal of 10K steps daily with brisk walking to improve insulin sensitivity.
Sleep: Ensured 7–8 hours of quality sleep to support recovery and hormone balance.
Emotions: Managed stress through meditation, journaling, and deep breathing exercises.
Environment: Decluttered packaged foods visible at home to minimize unhealthy choices. Ensured exposure to natural sunlight for circadian rhythm and vitamin D.
Supplementation Plan: To support overall health, Rashi added the following -
